Welcome to No.7! We aim to make your stay comfortable, enjoyable, and flexible. Here’s everything you need to know about our pricing and available discounts.

Standard Rates

• Nightly Rate: £140 per night

Minimum Stay Requirements

• From December 31st onward: Minimum 3 nights

• During January: Minimum 2 nights

Discounts

We offer several ways to save, depending on your stay and status:

1. Local Residents Discount

   • 10% off for stays of 2 nights or more

   • Proof of local address required

2. Extended Stay Discount

   • 10% off for stays of 3 nights or more

3. Pensioners Discount

   • 10% off with valid proof of seniority (ID required)

4. Repeat Guest / Frequent Commuter Discount

   • 10% off for returning guests who rebook within 28 days of a previous stay

   • Ideal for regular commuters into Cambridge

Note: Discounts can be combined only where applicable. Eligibility will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Booking Example

• Standard 2-night stay in January: £140 x 2 = £280

• Local resident discount (10%): £280 - £28 = £252

• Standard 3-night stay from December 31st: £140 x 3 = £420

• Extended stay discount (10%): £420 - £42 = £378
